Using the latest UI frameworks, DynamoLogics successfully delivered a platform rich with value-adding features, such as dynamic, postcode-based pricing, real-time order tracking, instant quote estimation, and a live chat feature coupled with an intuitive interface. Secure payment tools like Cybersource ensured fast, reliable transactions, while rigorous testing guaranteed quality.

Challenges
Our client was booking property certificate orders over the telephone and email. This caused delays and impacted conversions negatively, making it difficult to keep up with customer demands in a fast-paced industry. They needed an immediate shift to online order placement.
Outdated systems hindered scalability, limiting our client’s ability to expand their services nationwide, adapt to a growing customer base with 10k+ monthly visits, and adopt fair pricing models for every region.
Digital order placement required integrating an online payment method that boasts both security and speed, as it would be the major concern for customers paying via Credit/ Debit cards.
The UI needed an upgrade to avoid clumsy user experience, engage customers, and meet modern aesthetics, usability, and accessibility expectations.
Customers couldn’t track their orders, leading to frustration and reduced transparency during the service delivery process.
Solutions
We built a 3-step, intuitive, and user-centric UI using Laravel, Node.js, AngularJS, and jQuery to automate order management, streamlining the entire process and eliminating delays. Upgrading the entire system to the latest framework, Vue.JS, in the process.
Our solution included dynamic pricing functionality based on postcodes and distances, enabling fair pricing models. This accounted for different labor and transportation costs across the UK, Ireland, and parts of Wales.
We leverage Cybersource for secure payment integration to reduce customer hesitation when paying online. The Klaviyo SMS automation tool for offline updates further increased trust.
We revamped the UI/UX, ensuring quick and intuitive navigation with a better overall user experience after rigorous quality assurance.
Added a real-time order tracking feature, providing customers with updates at every stage, improving trust and satisfaction.

Our ‘Get An Instant Quote’ was a standout feature and the mainstay of this project. Users filled in their contact details and received the estimated cost of their chosen services instantly! Our solution accounted for price differences with dynamic pricing calculation, based on postcodes and service type ordered. It also includes distance-based pricing which accommodates costs for areas with higher travel requirements and labor, covering the UK, Ireland, and parts of Wales.

Live Chat Integration for Instant Support
We incorporated live chat functionality to provide instant customer support, answering queries and improving user satisfaction rates and conversions.

Track Orders Online
Customers can monitor their order status online, from scheduling inspections to receiving their final certificates. Moreover, customers also receive automated emails and SMS whenever there is a change in their order status.

Social proof is essential to build business credibility and boost sales. We integrated Trustpilot reviews on the website to assure consumers of PropCert’s authenticity.
