DynamoLogic Solutions is searching for a Social Media Manager - Full Time (Hybrid) with 3 years + corporate experience for a full-time & remote job position. DynamoLogic is a Software Services Solutions provider with a flourishing Digital Marketing department. We are searching for a Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media channels on all major platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Responsibilities

• Manage the social media channels of the company and client projects. The platforms include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create content that promotes audience interactions and increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation
• Create a monthly content plan for each platform
• Work with the graphic design team to create engaging digital content.
• Proposes innovative ideas and concepts for social media content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Set goals for outreach and perform outreach activities for each platform
• Research new ways of creative execution on digital platforms
• Manage Social Media Ads and Leads generation
• Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media campaigns and suggest improvement in upcoming campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms and their algorithms.
• Relevant experience would be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication skills.
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
